Canonically, you're supposed to experience Frozen Wilds as a side-track half-way through Zero Dawn. (spoilers for half-way clarification: After GAIA-PRIME is the best point) But well, I played Frozen Wilds after Zero Dawn because well I played Zero Dawn at launch. Either way, it's a phenomenal DLC, don't sleep on it.
